She is a veteran Panamanian attorney known for integrity, perseverance, and practical results. After completing her law degree at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, she returned to Panama and was appointed Head of the Department of Privileges and Immunities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1983–1986), where she advised on diplomatic protections, protocol, and international legal frameworks. Following a period devoted to her family, Myra founded her own practice in 1996, which has grown into Lamboglia Law Firm, a boutique, client-centered practice serving individuals, families, and businesses across immigration,  commercial, real estate, labor, civil, and related matters.

For nearly three decades, Myra has built a referral-driven practice grounded in clear guidance, meticulous execution, and steadfast advocacy. Clients rely on her ability to navigate complex procedures, whether structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, obtaining permits and licenses, or managing immigration processes—with transparency and efficiency. Today, she works side by side with her daughter, attorney Marianna Lamboglia, combining decades of institutional knowledge with a modern, crossdisciplinary approach that delivers end-to-end solutions aligned with client goals.
